Steve Kippels
Vice President
As senior manager for Questar’s Public Sector Research Division, Steve has a broad range of technical and
practical expertise in the design and delivery of complex, large-scale data collection projects.
Steve came to Questar in 1994 as the Director of Production Services. In this capacity he was responsible
for all project delivery tasks required by Questar’s three Divisions. During that time, he worked on over
500 different projects for clients such as California Learning and Assessment, America’s Second Harvest,
The American Cancer Society, the US Army, General Motors, JP Morgan - Chase, American Express and Proctor
and Gamble.
Steve assumed his current responsibilities heading the PSR Division in 2003. In addition to managing long-term
client relationships with several Universities and Non-Profit Organizations, he applies his deep, real-world
knowledge to assist an increasingly diverse client list in achieving their survey research objectives.
Prior to joining Questar, Steve worked for 16 years with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) where he held a
variety of management positions.
